Meet The Team

Hello! I am Sean Parsons, Senior PM here at M+ Builders.  I grew up in Tucson, AZ where I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Civil Engineering. I have been involved in the construction industry since my first civil infrastructure internship in 2007 and haven’t looked back since. After spending a decade in Chicago after college, I made my way to Austin TX where I have lived for last 6 years with my wife and our two huskies. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cooking and crafting cocktails with my wife and friends on weekends.

Hi, I’m Will Flanagan. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and have been working in the construction industry since 2012. Originally from San Antonio, I’ve called Austin home since 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy boxing, kickboxing, scuba diving, grilling, golfing, and spending time with family, friends, and my two dogs—Jax, a 10-year-old Schnauzer/Cocker Spaniel mix, and Ike, a 9-month-old Golden Retriever.

Hi, I’m Thomas English. I was born in Georgetown, TX, and spent half my life in Central Florida. In 2007, I moved back to Texas and began working in commercial construction. With over 17 years of experience, I specialize in healthcare, clean rooms, and manufacturing projects. In my free time, I enjoy woodworking, racing, fight sports, and spending time with my family.

Hey there, I’m Todd Clawson. I was born and raised in Southern California and spent most of my life near LA and Orange County before making the move to Austin two years ago. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve worked across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. I love the challenge of building and the satisfaction of seeing a project come to life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, building furniture, and staying active—whether it’s cycling in Austin or catching some waves when I’m back in California. Hang loose!

Howdy! I’m Josh Pate, an Austinite who only left town to pick up a Construction Management degree from LSU – Geaux Tigers. I’ve spent the last five years in the construction industry. When I’m not working, I’m usually out trying new food, spending time with friends, or with my yellow lab, Dixie.

Hey there, my name is Cesar! I was born and raised in Austin and have been working in the construction industry for almost a decade. I studied at Austin Community College and I’m excited to bring a strong work ethic and local knowledge to every project. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing basketball, riding my bike, or hanging out with my dog, Timmy — a spirited terrier mix.

Howdy! I’m Farra Kutra, a Texas native who has been in the construction industry in Austin since 2010. I joined M+ in December 2021 and haven’t looked back since! I love live music, rescuing fur babies, and I’m a bit of a beer nerd. I am also a member of two BBQ cookoff teams: one for fun with friends and the other as part of a charity group that gives back to the community. Cheers!

Hi! My name is Jessica Martinez, and I’m a Texas native from Fort Worth. I’ve been in accounting for 14 years. In my free time, I can be found catching up with friends, reading, or exploring new trails around the city with my two dogs: Pickles and Duke.

Hi, I’m Dani! I was born in Iowa but have called Austin home for majority of my life. I graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, but my career led me to the construction industry, where I’ve spent the past (almost) decade. As Marketing Manager, I love showcasing the incredible work our team does and helping to tell the story of each project. When I’m not working, you can usually find me cooking, staying active, or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Hey! I’m Chloe Rousseau. I’m originally from Bradenton, FL, and moved to Texas in 2023 after graduating from Nova Southeastern University with a B.A. in Communication. While I’m new to the construction industry, my background is in marketing and multimedia content, including work in television, radio, and print. Outside of work, I love cooking and long-distance swimming—my first open water race was The Beast of the Brazos in 2024, where I placed 8th. I also share my home with three pets: two cats, Suki and Loki, and my dog Danny.
